1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Radiant Properties provides property consultancy, interior designing, and property management services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information for property listings and transactions.
• Radiant Properties is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by clients.
• Clients agree to cooperate during property viewings, documentation, and deal closures.

4. Commission and Payment

• Commission rates are discussed and agreed upon before service initiation.
• Payment for deal closures is generally received after 120 days of transaction completion unless otherwise specified.
• Failure to pay commissions within the agreed timeframe may result in legal action.

5. Property Listings and Accuracy

• Property details, including photos and specifications, must be provided accurately.
• Radiant Properties reserves the right to reject or modify listings if they do not meet professional standards.

6. Channel Partner Engagement

• Channel partners work on a commission-sharing model with a 50:50 split.
• Channel partners must adhere to Radiant Properties’ professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Misrepresentation or breach of trust will result in immediate termination of collaboration.

7. Confidentiality

• Radiant Properties ensures the confidentiality of client information shared during the course of business.
• Clients and partners must maintain confidentiality regarding any business strategies, property details, or agreements shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Radiant Properties acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes arising between property owners and tenants.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during property transactions.

9. Termination of Services

• Radiant Properties reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice if terms are breached.
• Clients may terminate services with prior written notice, provided there are no pending transactions or dues.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Kolkata, India.
• Disputes will be settled through mediation and, if necessary, legal proceedings in the courts of Kolkata.

11. Changes to Terms

Radiant Properties may modify these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
